FedEx Sub-Delivery Terms of Service
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the FedEx Sub-Delivery and Tracking Portal ("Portal") or issuing tracking labels under this network, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. This Portal is authorized for sub-delivery agents and customers checking shipment tracking details.
2. Scope of Service & Global Operations
The Portal provides sub-delivery registration, barcode and shipping label generation, and worldwide tracking updates. While services cover global routes, packages are subject to standard international customs, local postal checkpoints, import/export restrictions, and international carrier handovers.
3. Tracking Data & Estimated Deliveries
All tracking updates, transit timelines, and location markers displayed on the map are based on local checkpoint scans uploaded by sub-agents. Delivery timeframes are estimations and are not guaranteed, as they may be affected by customs clearance, weather, global air traffic, or terminal delays.
4. Shipping Labels & Declarations
Users issuing shipping labels must ensure all sender and recipient details are accurate and complete. Declared values and descriptions must accurately represent the package contents. Prohibited items, hazardous materials, and unregistered dangerous goods are strictly banned from dispatch.
5. Privacy and Security
Shipper and recipient personal details (names, addresses, emails, phone numbers) are processed securely in accordance with global data protection standards. Tracking numbers should only be shared with authorized recipients.
6. Limitation of Liability
The FedEx Sub-Delivery network and its authorized sub-agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from delayed, misplaced, or customs-held international shipments.
